The sports program is part of our educational curriculum at IST in order to contribute to the integral development of our students by promoting Christian principles and values ​​that enable the student to integrate life and service.

IST Sports provide valuable lessons for life as commitment , excellence, self-discipline , teamwork, sportsmanship , responsibility, win or lose with honor, and respect for the rules . We develop these values ​​learning from the daily challenges in training , the victories , the defeats and the efforts to find the balance between academic responsibilities , sports and personal commitments .

From this perspective, our sports program in IST is an excellent opportunity to develop principles and values ​​through exemplary actions , Christian attitudes and a high level of individual and collective abilities.
